The International Kiko Goat Association Supports Small Ruminant Veterinary Students.

Each year, the IKGA awards at least one scholarship to a deserving college student who has expressed an interest in pursuing a career in Caprine Veterinary Medicine. Early each year the Scholarship Committee mails out letters announcing the program to many colleges that offer a Veterinary program. The scholarship is awarded at Kikofest at the annual members’ meeting. In the past, some of our scholarship recipients have attended Kikofest to receive their award.

The International Kiko Goat Association (IKGA) will be awarding a scholarship for the 2017-2018 academic year to promote veterinary training with emphasis in small ruminants (especially goats). The 2017 IKGA Scholarship deadline is July 15, 2017. IKGA scholarship application and instructions are located here.
